“Having regular coaching in my life has been so helpful. I used to recognise my behaviours as being healthy or unhealthy and try to change them, but it never really generated any lasting change. I would be left confused as to why I had recurring times of unhealthy behaviour, usually for me of feeling overwhelmed, neglected, tired, and angry, with no real idea where it was coming from. I particularly like the way coaching has helped me really notice and understand more about my underlying motives and seeing reasons for my behaviours. Beyond this understanding I have also found it helpful to try the new techniques offered to me during coaching. I feel more equipped to make decisions that will improve myself, and that others around me have noticed showing through my healthier habits and behaviours. I have experienced reconciliation with family members, and I have stronger relationships with my 3 children. I highly recommend anyone to give it a go and take regular coaching sessions not just for your own self-development but especially for your relationship with others; your spouse, your children, family, friends and work colleagues.”
