Shaped by hardships and triumphs, these virtues take root within us, sometimes hidden beneath the surface.

​Sarina is passionate about creating transformative spaces where individuals can deepen their self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and grow into their God-given potential. Over the past 20 years, she has worked in leadership and team development, training, mentoring, and retreat facilitation acrossa variety of roles, demographics, and leadership structures.

A certified ICF Life Coach and accredited iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, Sarina uses the Enneagram and other tools to help individuals develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and implement transformational habits. She is also the co-founder and host of The Nine Design podcast—the first Australian Christian Enneagram podcast of its kind—exploring the Enneagram through the lens of Australian culture and the filter of faith.  

Holding a teaching degree and postgraduate qualifications in Spiritual Direction, Sarina draws on both her professional expertise and spiritual insight to guide people on their journeys of growth and self-discovery.  

Outside of her professional life, Sarina enjoys life on the sunny NSW south coast of Australia, with her husband Ryan and their three children.​
